Jimanya is a Japanese style street food and drink vendor in Hong Kong established in 2021. The store specialises in Takoyaki with different flavours of toppings. The target audience is the residents of Lung Mun neighbourhood and the young foodies in Hong Kong who are looking for good quality street food.

自慢“ is a wasei-kango(和製漢語/日源漢詞, a phrase that originated in Japan but written in Kanji, which has the same root as the Chinese language) means “things which one is proud of/ proud to present to others”.

The philosophy of the brands is to present the best quality food for the customer, to do that, the skill is essential. Therefore, the hand in the logo represents the craftsmanship, while the sauce represents the tenacity to reach the best flavour. The wavy form of the sauce also presents the charm of different flavours with its smoothing curve.​​​​​​​
